Service Agreement
- By using Netch services, you agree to these Terms of Service
- Services are provided "as-is" with best-effort uptime guarantees
- We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
Acceptable Use Policy
- Use services only for legal purposes and in compliance with local laws
- Do not engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or other users
- Respect bandwidth limits and fair usage policies
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly through proper channels
Prohibited Activities
- ✗Illegal content distribution or downloading
- ✗Spamming, phishing, or malicious activities
- ✗Attempting to hack, exploit, or abuse our services
- ✗Sharing account credentials or reselling services without authorization
- ✗Using services for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities
Service Availability
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
- Service credits may be provided for extended outages at our discretion
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Refunds for terminated accounts are handled according to our Refund Policy.
